I have a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and over 6 years of private and group fitness experience. After college, I attended a yoga certification program and discovered the true physical and mental health benefits of Yoga. This was building on my prior knowledge of the power exercise yields when it comes to our health and preventative healthcare. Since then, it has been my mission to create a program that empowers people to take initiative in their health in the most specialized, luxurious way possible, Private Yoga. Whether I guide you long term or get you up and running in a matter of weeks, I am here for you.
